We really need prayer for:

Housing-there are very few beds and virtually no emergency beds in the San Fernando Valley which means that clients have to stay on the streets, we really need emergency shelters and permanent housing as well
Finances-our new shelter was very costly to build, we are working on debt reduction and praying that our donors will be able to generously give this last quarter of the year.
Staff-non-profits are always understaffed which can be hard, and people burn out. Our staff needs extra grace, strength, patience and peace, especially for the case managers and for all staff during the busy holiday season.
Rebuke-we need prayer against the devil’s plans. Sometimes we feel very much attacked, and know that satan would like nothing more than to destroy the work that we are doing.
Clients-many of our clients are really struggling and suffering, and they need Jesus. We pray for those that do not know Him, that the eyes of their hearts would be enlightened, and for those that do, that they would draw nearer to Him.
